The flexible outdoor LED shaped screen breaks free from traditional rectangular formats, enabling organic, curvilinear displays that conform to architectural contours or artistic visions. Using bendable PCB boards and elastic silicone encapsulation, the screen can be molded into convex, concave, cylindrical, or even asymmetrical shapes, making it ideal for iconic buildings, retail storefronts, or public art installations. The flexible substrate allows radii as small as 500mm, while maintaining pixel uniformity and visual consistency across the curve.
Despite its adaptability, the screen doesn’t compromise on durability: IP65-rated protection guards against water and dust, with reinforced edges to prevent damage during shaping. High-brightness panels (5,000-7,000 nits) and anti-glare surfaces ensure visibility in outdoor settings, while specialized software calibrates content for curved surfaces, eliminating geometric distortion. The modular flexible units (typically 320×160mm) connect via flexible cables, allowing custom configurations without restrictive grid patterns. For brands, these screens become architectural statements—such as a car dealership’s curved facade displaying vehicle animations or a museum’s wavy screen showcasing digital art. In urban design, they transform bridges, fountains, or monuments into dynamic visual landmarks, blending technology with aesthetics for immersive public experiences.
