The production of special-shaped LED screens relies on advanced customization technologies. Manufacturers start by analyzing the target shape and application scenario, then design modular LED panels that fit the desired contour. For simple irregular shapes (e.g., circular or triangular), standard panels are cut or reshaped with precision, ensuring the LED chips remain functional and evenly distributed.
