Q Do I need to buy other equipment to install LED screen?: A
You just need to prepare the steel structures and installation tools.

Q Do you test all your goods before delivery?: A
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, aging time not less than 72 hours.

Q Can your factory accept OEM or ODM?: A
Yes, We can accept OEM and ODM,.and can print the clients’ logo on the products & packages.

Q Could I have a sample before place bulk order?: A
Sure, sample is available for your test, but the sample freight cost on your company account.

Q What is your terms of payment?: A
By T/T, 30% as deposit, and the balance paid before delivery. We'll show you the photos/ videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q What is your lead time?: A
Normally 10-20 days. Actually our lead time is based on project size, availability of raw materials, and current project volume. Once you have all of the project information submitted for your quote, a sales represent will give you an estimated lead time.

Q How long does it take to hear back for a quote?: A
Please give us 24-48 hours to receive and respond to your quote request. Our current project volume is large, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q Do you do installation or repairs?: A
We can send our technicians on site to support the screen installation, with all charges on client’s account, or online support with free charge. If within the warranty period, we can accept the repairs at our side with free charge or charged service.

Q How much is shipping?: A
The shipping cost varies with the dimension, weight, season and journey. Before shipment, you will receive an exact shipping rate offered by our shipping agent.

Q I have a large project, how do I get a quote?: A
